This place isn't even worth 1 star. Jay is a complete disgrace to the public. I was referred to High Speed Keys from a dealership I recently purchased a vehicle from to have a spare key made. I spent over a month trying to get that key made. I lost count of how many times I called Jay to get an appointment set up without ever receiving a callback. I got Jay on the phone 5 times and every single time he said he'd call me back and guess what? He never did. Finally, I had to reach back out to my salesman at the dealership to get in contact with Jay. Only then did Jay reach out to me. He then expected me to drive clear out of my way and backtrack the direction I had just came from to meet him because "I'm doing you a favor and squeezing you in!". I refused and that resulted in him yelling profanities at me. The fact that Jay would act in such a revolting way tells me everything I need to know about this company. If you wish to be treated with respect, as any consumer would, I'd go anywhere else. Literally, any other key company has got to be better.
